The 7th issue provides information on the 46th Meeting of the National RCA Representatives to be held on 14-17 May 2024 in Beijing, China, RCA Project outcomes on marine radiation monitoring, nuclear medicine and radiation oncology, RCA's contribution to the Asia-Pacific region, ARCCNM activities as well as Singapore and Thailand activities on radiation safety and e-beam technology respectively. Research Coordination Meeting of RCA Research Project on Radiotherapy(RCARP03) was held on 6-8 May 2024, VirtualResearch Coordination Meeting of RCA Research Project on Radiotherapy (RCARP03) on 6-8 May 2024, Virtual Research Coordination Meeting for the RCA Research Project on “Closing the Gap in Radiotherapy Access in RCA Government Parties (RCARP03)” was held on 6-8 May 2024 virtually via ZOOM, organised by the RCA Regional Office. There was a total of 23 participants including the Chief Scientific Investigators (CSIs) and their research team members and interested experts from 7 RCA Government Parties (GPs); AUL, INS, MAL, MON, PHI, THA, VIE, Technical Officer (TO) of the project, experts, IAEA and RCARO. The Meeting aimed to review and discuss the research activities undertaken since 2022 and their progress and outcomes and to refine the work plan for the remaining of 2024. Aa technical workshop will also be held to share knowledge and expertise on the outcome assessment to close the gap in radiotherapy services in the region. The meeitng also welcomed the successful publication of a paper on “Current and projected gaps in the availability of radiotherapy in the Asia-Pacific region: a country income-group analysis” in the Lancet Oncology journal, using the data produced under the project. **Link to the article: https://www.thelancet.com/journals/lanonc/article/PIIS1470-2045(23)00619-8/abstract In 2024, the participating countries and experts will continue the research according to the work plan established at the meeting for closing the gap in radiotherapy access in the RCA region.
